FINLAND
Finland, officially Republic of Finland is located in the northeastern corner of Europe. Finland is billingual, Finnish and Swedish have the same legal status in the country. The country has borders to Sweden in the west, to Russia in the east and to Norway in the north. The capital is Helsinki and the country has approximately 5,3 million inhabitants.
Finland is the seventh largest country in Europe in terms of area, with a low population density of 15.5 persons per square kilometer, making it the most sparsely populated country in the European Union.
